Today I officially received my CPA firm license from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy.
I still remember telling Michael Kitchens a college classmate/good friend/brother that someday we'd have an accounting practice of our own. "Someday" felt far off back then and here we are. I didn't imagine it would come this soon.
To everyone who's supported me along the way: thank you. This is the beginning, not the finish line.
If there's one thing I've learned, keep setting goals for yourself and once you've surpassed them keep setting the bar high. The bar you set today is the floor you'll stand on tomorrow. "A Dream Without A Goal Is Just A Wish".

If you’re not ready to file by the deadline, filing an extension can give you more time to submit your return, but keep in mind: an extension to file is not an extension to pay. Any taxes owed are still due by the 4/15 deadline to avoid penalties and interest.
