In yoga, Anees often talks about sending love to the people you care about. In financial planning, that idea becomes surprisingly practical.
When I teaches sunrise yoga three mornings a week, the class is not only about movement. It is also about intention.
One of the ideas I return to week after week is the importance of filling yourself with love, then sending that love outward to the people you care about.
That may sound like something that belongs on the yoga mat, but it has a very real place in financial planning.
Because caring for people is not only emotional. It can also be practical. It can mean getting organized, making thoughtful decisions before they become urgent, and putting protection in place so the people you love are not left with unnecessary confusion or uncertainty.
