In its 46th year, this event brings together small businesses from all over Memphis, and getting to celebrate alongside our team and so many others was the real highlight. Congrats, Matt, and thank you to everyone who's part of this story.

Most accounting firm owners' first instinct when capacity gets tight is to tell the salesperson to slow down.
We have a different rule: Never, ever throttle sales.
The constant flow of new work is what lets you be picky with clients, hold them accountable, and raise fees when necessary.
