I am a Bookkeeper/CFO who is an expert in Quickbooks Desktop & Quickbooks Online.

If you need basic bookkeeping, full-charge bookkeeping or CFO level work, I can take care of all of it so you can run your business with accurate, timely information.

- Reconcile all bank statements and credit cards monthly
- Pay payroll liabilities on time (either online or via check)
- Pay all your bills on time (either online or via check)
- Obtain W-9's and COI's for contractors
- Attach documents in QB - or set up a digital filing cabinet
- Prepare monthly or quarterly financial statements to be reviewed by you
- Consult with you as needed to help you run a more profitable enterprise
- Produce year end financials that are accountant-ready
