Self-Employed + Marketplace Healthcare (VERY COMMON)

Real Situation:
Shay is self-employed and received healthcare through the Marketplace.
Her tax return shows a repayment request for advance insurance credits.

This happens when income reported to Marketplace is lower than final income on taxes.
