Welcome to July 1st everyone!

Independence Day has always been about more than fireworks. It's about the corner restaurant/ice cream shop that holds a nostalgic past like Docs Just Off 66 - Girard, Illinois, the neighborhood tea shop like Whimsy Tea Company that embraces community (and has delicious food) or an artist-co-op like Studio on 6th, the Original Art Co-op where local talented artists show their wares.
