Tax Associate or EA

Part time and/or seasonal (immediate position)
At Robin L Jordan CPA LLC, we are looking for an individual to provide their experience in tax preparation and assist our clients throughout the tax process. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with tax preparation experience & excellent communication skills. Experience with Drake software is highly recommended but not required. An active EA license is highly recommended but not required. Excellent communication skills and organization skills are a must. You will be responsible for preparing tax returns and must possess knowledge of state and federal tax laws, as well as effectively communicating with the client during the tax process. This is an in-person position, with flexibility to make your own schedule within reason. We pride ourselves in the highest level of customer service and confidentiality for our clients. Requirements:
• 2 years of tax preparation experience is required.
• At least 24 hours per week during peak tax season.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Organization
• Flexibility
• EA license (recommended)
• Drake Tax (recommended)
