Throughout AL BRICE's financial services industry career, a vast amount of skill and experience has been displayed thru tasks such as assisting institutions with retirement plan comparison, selection, implementation,
portfolio review, and investment solutions. These responsibilities also entail handling conversations dealing with TPAs, retirement plan fee structure, employee benefits, and/or regulatory compliance at the institutional level as well. Doing so, while assisting individual(s) and participant clients with contribution and allocation review to help meet desired diversification goals according to investment strategy. With a demonstrated comfort in serving the 403b/ 401k/ 457 marketplaces, AL BRICE actively engages with clients via seminars, education workshop events, and group enrollment meetings. Whether it's facilitating a desired rollover or transfer into new and/or existing plans, a team first approach is utilized. As an Advisor, sales and service for policyholders is paramount for success. Outstanding service to existing property and casualty insurance policyholders as their advisor is provided. In this role, efficient claims handling for customers is experienced while expert brand and product knowledge is provided to alleviate concerns during inquiries. The goal of maintaining service priority is consistently pursued while being cognizant of cross-sell and referral opportunities. As a Life Insurance Consultant, AL BRICE is responsible for providing life insurance sales illustrations and presentations to individuals and businesses via multiple technology platforms. Whether securing a policy for an individual or business owner, AL BRICE has an astute ability to handle UL, VUL, Term, Whole Life group and individual product lines. Conducting market research is ongoing in an effort to effectively utilize business resources and develop brand awareness. With experience and exposure to business operations, AL BRICE is able to provide middle-office support for existing book(s) of business and develop proactive sales follow-up procedures to retain, upsell, and cross-sell clients.
