The child tax credit is increasing from $2,000 to $2,200 and will now adjust annually for inflation.
Up to $25K of tips will not be taxed and up to $12.5K of overtime pay will not be taxed [single filers]
State and local tax deductions received a higher cap - now at $40K (which is a $30K boost).
The president has discontinued EV credits which may or may not have been a petty move due to the fallout with Elon Musk.
