Tax Senior or Manager (CPA not required but preferred)
Our firm is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join our Oklahoma City office.
This role is a fit for someone who is comfortable reviewing staff work, holding and managing client meetings on their own, guiding younger staff on a regular basis, and a creative thinker - we love smart, outside-the-box tax strategies and need someone who is open minded and excited to think through complex tax problems.
It’s an extremely fast-paced environment, so this person needs to thrive on their own without a lot of management over their shoulder. They also need to be able to identify opportunities or solutions and commit to getting them done.
We are a VERY relaxed culture and environment and work from home a significant amount of days per week. We don’t care about amount of hours or tracking time, we just need the job done, and done quickly and effectively. We have a very high standard we intend to uphold with our clients.
