⭐️PSA: if you have overtime this year for 2025, in order to recieve your credits, you will need your employer to give you the amounts.

Some are reporting on W2 box 14, some are not!
*ADDED* 8hr then OT is not considered OT in IRS eyes, has to be worked 40 hours then OT, also it is only the 1/2 portion in time & 1/2 and double time that is considered non taxable and is maxed out at $12,500.

(W2s will be changed for 2026 to accommodate🙏)

No tax on tips:
⭐️Cash tips are not counted in this, it will have to be tips reported on a w2 or 1099 to be claimed.
