We are a busy bookkeeping and accounting office in business since 2018.
I am looking for a QuickBooks Bookkeeper with experience in categorizing, reconciling, and running reports. Preferrable QBO Certified is a PLUS! Opportunity for advancements and increased pay with this position.
Title: Staff Bookkeeper Part-Time
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-1pm
(Remote Position- Private Home office with computer, secure Wifi and Updated Anti-virus software Required)
Office located @ 75th Ave off the 101
Duties include:
Assisting with Bookkeeping and Accountant tasks including heavy categorization of transactions, creating rules in QBO, running financial reports, CRM management, assist with excel spreadsheets of bank data and bank reconciliation with direction from accountant, process receivables and payable for clients, answer phones, client assistance, document management, and research and development as needed. Accounting knowledge and QuickBooks online experience is REQUIRED!
Pay: $18-24/ hour
Biweekly payroll w/ direct deposit
W2 employee or 1099 based on preference
90 day probation period
Casual business attire
Must Pass a Background Check
