Stop Procrastinating‼️

Every day you delay taking action on investing, securing life insurance, or implementing strategic financial plans, you’re losing more than you think. Let’s break it down:

1. The Power of Compounding is Slipping Away

Investing even small amounts today can grow exponentially over time. For example, if you invest $10,000 at a 7% annual return, in 20 years, it grows to nearly $40,000. But wait 5 years? You lose almost $15,000 of that growth. Time is your best ally, and every delay means you’re giving compounding less time to work its magic.

2. Life Insurance Costs Rise With Every Year

Life insurance is not just a safety net; it’s a crucial financial tool. The younger and healthier you are, the lower the premiums. By waiting, not only do you risk higher costs, but you also leave your loved ones vulnerable if the unexpected happens.

3. Missed Opportunities for Leveraged Strategies

Wealth-building isn’t just about saving—it's about using smart, predictable strategies like leveraging assets to grow wealth faster. Especially with a certain favorable tier 1 asset. Procrastination leads to missed opportunities for:
- Real estate investments at favorable prices.
- Tax advantages that you can’t recover later.
- Predictable cash flow strategies that could provide security and growth.

Why It Matters:
Delaying isn’t just about lost money; it’s about lost opportunity. Financial decisions made today can create freedom and options for tomorrow. So ask yourself: Are you okay with trading your future potential for temporary comfort?

What You Can Do Today:
1. Start investing: Even if it’s a small amount, get started.
2. Get life insurance: Protect your loved ones and lock in lower premiums. You can also start building and compounding cash value in a permanent policy.
3. Learn and implement strategies: Seek advice on leveraging assets for growth.

Don’t let fear or procrastination hold you back. Every day matters, and the best time to act is now.

There was once a carpenter who lived in a small town, known for his kind heart but also for his tendency to put off important tasks. He ran a modest carpentry business, and although his work was reliable, he never paid much attention to his finances, taxes, or future planning. His approach to life was, "Things will work themselves out."

He knew he needed to save for the future and take care of his family, and often heard advice from friends and a wise elder in the community. The elder frequently shared the wisdom of Proverbs 21:5:
"The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty."

But the carpenter would always respond with a smile, "I know, I know, I'll get to it."

As the years went by, the town faced economic difficulties, and many businesses, including the carpenter's, began to struggle. With no savings, no emergency fund, and overdue taxes, he found himself in a financial crisis. Desperate, he sought advice from the wise elder, who listened with a heavy heart.

The elder reminded him of Proverbs 15:22:
"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers, they succeed."

The elder explained how seeking financial guidance earlier could have helped him prepare for this challenging time. It was then that the carpenter realized his neglect in planning had left his family vulnerable.

The lesson was clear: Financial planning isn’t just for those with wealth or caution—it's essential for everyone. The carpenter’s failure to plan for the inevitable, whether it be economic downturns, retirement, or unexpected expenses, resulted in a situation where he was scrambling when he should have been secure. Just as a wise person seeks guidance to build a strong foundation, one must carefully plan their financial future, seek advice from experts, and prepare for what lies ahead.

This story highlights the importance of financial planning. Like the carpenter, many believe they have time or that things will work themselves out, but life is unpredictable. Whether preparing for retirement, managing taxes, or saving for emergencies, careful planning and wise counsel can make all the difference between peace of mind and financial turmoil.

In life, we often find ourselves waiting for the "right" moment to take action. Whether it's starting a new career, pursuing a passion, or even something as critical as financial planning, there seems to be an underlying belief that tomorrow will always offer a better opportunity. However, much like driving a car, failing to plan your finances is like setting out on a journey without a map.

Imagine you're preparing for a long road trip. You wouldn't simply get behind the wheel and start driving aimlessly, hoping that you'll eventually reach your destination, right? Instead, you would take the time to chart your route, identify the best stops and sights along the way, and ensure that your vehicle is in top condition. Financial planning works in the same way.

Without a financial plan, you're navigating through life blind, without a clear direction, leaving yourself vulnerable to unexpected detours and obstacles. Waiting to plan your finances is like postponing your decision to check the fuel gauge—by the time you realize you're low, it may be too late to avoid stalling out.

Starting early with financial planning allows you to set clear goals, build a solid foundation, and stay on track even when life throws unexpected challenges your way. Whether it’s saving for retirement, purchasing a home, or simply ensuring you have a safety net for emergencies, having a plan ensures you’re prepared for whatever the journey brings.

Don’t wait for the perfect moment to start. Just as you wouldn't embark on a journey without a map, you shouldn't navigate your financial future without a plan. Start today, and give yourself the best chance to reach your destination smoothly and successfully.

That's exactly what I help people with. So, reach out and let's get your finances on the right path.

CURIOUS FACT from last Saturday night at the fight of Canelo vs Munguia 🥊

The T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas has prices for all budgets depending on how close you want to be pound-for-pound.
Curiously, the most expensive tickets, worth nearly $17,000, flew away in the early days of sale. 💰

That’s why these beautiful women were strongly criticized for being on social media and not enjoying such an event.
The criticism ended when they commented that they were looking at Tobin Short's profile and realized that he is the best life insurance agent not only in Arizona, but nationwide. 🤣

Nearly half of the people in the United States have no life
insurance, and those that do are often underinsured.

Approximately 50 percent of US households have no
retirement savings.

A vast majority of millennials (my generation and the largest living
generation in the US) do not have a financial advisor and
do not invest their money.

Why do you think that is?

It's not a lack of information. It's available to everyone for free.

It's because:

1. Most people lack the proper priorities.

2. There's a lack of financial services agents to service the people, who need it.

That means:

1. You should probably set an appointment with me to get your finances straight and properly structured for retirement, security, and generational wealth.

2. If you're seeking opportunity, there's plenty of it within financial services. You just need the right training, platform, and mentorship to succeed. So, contact me to learn how to do that as well. We need more HEROES.

HERE'S SOME OF THE BASICS OF WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT INSURANCE:

Insurance is a financial arrangement designed to mitigate risks and provide protection against unforeseen events by transferring the risk to an insurance company in exchange for premium payments. Life and health insurance are two essential types of insurance coverage that offer significant benefits:

1. Risk Management: Life insurance helps individuals manage the risk of financial hardship for their families in the event of their death by providing a lump-sum payment (death benefit) to beneficiaries. Health insurance, on the other hand, helps manage the risk of high medical expenses by covering costs related to healthcare services, including doctor visits, hospitalization, prescription drugs, and preventive care.

2. Financial Security: Life insurance provides financial security to beneficiaries by ensuring they have funds to cover living expenses, mortgage payments, education costs, and other financial obligations in the absence of the insured individual's income. Similarly, health insurance offers financial protection against unexpected medical bills, ensuring individuals and families can access necessary healthcare services without facing overwhelming expenses.

3. Peace of Mind: Knowing that you have life and health insurance coverage in place can provide peace of mind by alleviating concerns about the financial impact of unexpected events. Life insurance provides reassurance that loved ones will be financially protected after your passing, while health insurance offers security in knowing that you can access quality healthcare services when needed without worrying about the cost.

4. Legal Considerations: While life insurance is not typically required by law, many financial advisors recommend it as a fundamental component of a sound financial plan, especially for individuals with dependents. Health insurance, on the other hand, is often mandatory under certain regulations, such as the Affordable Care Act in the United States, which requires individuals to maintain minimum essential coverage or face penalties.

5. Asset Protection: Life insurance can protect assets by ensuring that beneficiaries receive sufficient funds to maintain their standard of living and cover financial obligations, such as mortgage payments or outstanding debts, in the event of the insured's death. Health insurance helps safeguard financial assets by covering medical expenses and preventing individuals from depleting their savings or retirement funds to pay for healthcare costs.

If these are benefits you want and your financial security is important to you, contact me to set up a meeting, so you can make an educated decision.

People say "no" to life insurance because they're "young and healthy".

Life insurance companies say "no" to people because they're old and sick.

People don't plan and save for retirement because they "don't have bills" or "don't plan on retiring soon".

They then can't retire and need to keep working until they die...

WITH NO LIFE INSURANCE IN PLACE.

The lack of financial education and literacy is cursing YOU and YOUR FAMILY.

I can help you break that cycle, but you need to be willing to listen.

And if you have young adult children, you need to tell them to listen as well.

What's the point of setting yourself up, without doing the same for the next generations in line?
