I have a silly question: I sent Shape Inc money back in 2018 during their "pre-launch phase," but I have never seen my unit shipped to me.

I have on record, emails of me asking where my unit is, and the same lame excuse.

I see them marketing online for their product; and yet, the one I paid for, has never arrived.

Is there a lawyer that would be willing to help me, and I suspect others, who have been taken advantage of by Shape Inc. ?

Degrees matter.

I cannot tell you how many times I've spoken to small business owners who hire bookkeepers, accountants, and even tax "professionals" who are not licensed, degreed, or certified.

A "cheap" price to have your work done seems appealing, but what is not are the surprise tax bills or mistakes made by the unprofessional.

How much do the mistakes cost??

Guess.

Nope - Guess Higher!

I'm talking about tens of Thousands in tax problems. And when you don't have the money to fix these problems, Uncle Sam will do what is necessary to get his money: place liens on your home cars and even seize your cash resting in your checking, savings, and any other vehicle that houses your cash.

Think you are smart? Put the money in your kids' banks. They will take it from there, too. (I have personally seen it happen.)
