rld. That’s why they called me a fighter, "The Tax Fighting Irish”, because I fight for you too thru my business as an accountant & tax professional. I will never stop believing, in the power of being deaf, for what God made us, for a purpose. About my education, I have a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, with minor in finance and investment, from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA. I’m also studying for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA). How did I get started? When I was the first deaf accountant at Western PA School for the Deaf, I noticed deaf employees need help with their income tax returns. They came to my office and asked if I could help them. They were frustrated with hearing tax preparers, with lack of communication and outrageous high fees. They felt that they were being taken advantage of. It was my destiny to put my skills into good use by offering the Deaf Community, a tax service that you all can afford.
