Pressure is part of the job, whether you're on the leaderboard or the cut line. For Neal Shipley, that means playing in front of a crowd with everyone watching.

“Playing in front of people is just part of my job, the same way your job comes with its own pressures,” Neal Shipley said.

Preparation and the right people around you make the pressure easier to handle, on the course and in business. Schneider Downs knows that firsthand. When the pressure's on, you'll want the right team behind you. Connect with Schneider Downs today.

Every golfer's routine looks a little different, and Neal Shipley has learned that's exactly the point. Down time to recharge. A coach who keeps him aligned with his goals. A plan built for him, not borrowed from someone else.

“Off-season prep is important. It keeps you in a routine, but it also gives you time to rest and relax so you can hit the new season hard,” Shipley said.

At Schneider Downs, we take the same approach. Every client's plan looks different, because every client is different. Your plan should be as unique as you are. Let's build it together.

Before the trophies and the tour, Neal Shipley's parents gave him something simple: room to enjoy the game on his own terms.

“They let it just be fun for me and didn't push too hard, not until I wanted it myself. My parents didn't get on me too much, but they cared,” Shipley said. Real support meets people where they are. It's how Schneider Downs approaches every client relationship too.

Let's talk about what support looks like for you.

“Who's on your team matters. It helps you feel supported and lets you focus on what you do best, and for me that's golf. My team really sets me up for success,” Neal Shipley said.

At Schneider Downs, we believe the same is true in business. The right team changes everything. Reach out today to let us be part of your team.

Supporting our clients and giving back to our communities is what strong partnerships are all about. ⛳

Our Schneider Downs team was proud to participate in the Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. annual golf outing benefiting The Education Partnership. As sponsors of both a tee box and the putting green, we were honored to support an event that connected our team, our clients and community leaders around a shared commitment to making a difference.

It was a great opportunity to support both a valued client and an organization helping students and families throughout our region.

🎗️ Schneider Downs was proud to support the 17th Annual Steps for Sarcoma, benefiting groundbreaking sarcoma research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute.

Despite a rainy morning, our team showed up in support of our colleague and friend, Ron Wollett, and everyone impacted by sarcoma. Together, Schneider Downs was recognized as the event's top fundraising team, raising more than $11,200 through employee, family and community support.

💛 Combined with the Wollett family's gift to their fund at The James, nearly $30,000 will be contributed in 2026 to advance sarcoma research and patient care.

From reconnecting with teammates to celebrating a cause close to our hearts, the day was a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to make a difference.

We're honored to be recognized by the Central Ohio business community in the 2026 Columbus CEO Best of Business Awards.

Schneider Downs has been named Best of Business – Accounting Firm (More than 20 CPAs) for the third consecutive year, while Schneider Downs Wealth Management Advisors, LP earned Best of Business – Private Wealth Management Company (Fee-Based) for the second consecutive year.

These recognitions are especially meaningful because they come directly from the readers of Columbus CEO and reflect the trust our clients place in us, the relationships we've built throughout the community and the dedication our teams bring to serving Central Ohio every day.

As Adam Goode, CEO of Schneider Downs, shared, "this recognition reflects the strength of our people and the confidence our clients place in us. We're grateful for the opportunity to continue investing in the talent and expertise that help our clients succeed."

Thank you to our clients, colleagues and community partners for making this achievement possible.
