An example why you need to be careful when using the QuickBooks Rule option "Automatically confirm transactions this rule applies to Auto-add toggle"...

Say you travel frequently. You set up a rule to automatically categorize and confirm all transactions from Delta as "airfare". Usually, Delta will charge separately for baggage fees. Under this setup, all baggage fee charges will be automatically categorized and confirmed as airfare instead of baggage.
