I have a theory...
"Ghosting" isn't always ghosting.
Sometimes people just disappear for a little while because they're trying to figure their s**t out.
And honestly?
Good!!
We act like taking time away is some kind of character flaw.
"OMG. They haven't texted me in three days. I'VE BEEN GHOSTED."
Maybe they're thinking.
Maybe they're overwhelmed.
Maybe they're re-evaluating their life.
Maybe they're sitting in their car eating fries and trying to remember why they walked into Target in the first place.
We ALL need time away sometimes.
Because how are you supposed to know what you want if you never give yourself enough space to figure it out?
It's like living your entire life in the mountains and saying,
"I don't like the beach."
Sir...
Have you ever been to the beach? 😂
Sometimes you have to change your environment.
Meet different people.
Try different things.
Step away from what's familiar.
Not because you hate where you came from...
but because you need to find out what else is out there.
And sometimes?
You disappear for a little while...
and come back knowing yourself a whole lot better.
That's not always ghosting.
Sometimes that's just life buffering. 😂

Let's talk about it.
