Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Sabrina is no stranger to overcoming adversity. Growing up in one of Brooklyn's historically most challenged communities, (Brownsville, Van D**e projects) she learned early the value of independence, perseverance, and making intentional choices. Leaving home at just 16, she began working as a supermarket cashier (Sunnydale Farms), became a bank teller at 19 (Manufacturers Hanover Trust on Pitkin and Stone/Mother Gaston Blvd) joined Citibank at 20, worked for the New York State DMV (Downtown Brooklyn) at 21, and began her career with the New York City Transit Authority at 23 (Station Agent aka token booth clerk). By age 27, she had achieved joint homeownership in Queens Village. She left New York at 31, having navigated the challenges of her environment stronger and wiser.
She didn't simply survive —she built a foundation for success that was heavily influenced there.
Her journey continued in Virginia, where she expanded her professional experience in mortgage lending, insurance, taxation, real estate, and financial services. Through career transitions, entrepreneurship, homeownership, and personal life experiences, she developed a practical understanding of wealth building, financial protection, and the importance of creating opportunities for others.
"Personally, while living in VA I found my voice and used it to advocate against Domestic Violence, child molestation, rape/sexual assault and for Sickle Cell Awareness, infertility trauma and other important issues." She participated in or volunteered with various organizations in the Hampton Roads area.
Orangeburg has always held a special place in her heart. Childhood summers were spent at her grandparents' home, enjoying life on the family farm and making memories surrounded by aunts, uncles, and countless cousins. Those summers established a generational connection to Orangeburg that time and distance never erased.
Today, Sabrina returns to her roots as the founder and principal of Established Grace Enterprises LLC, bringing decades of personal and professional experience, an established network of relationships, and a renewed commitment to financial education, entrepreneurship, and community collaboration.
Her vision extends beyond providing financial services. She seeks to become a valuable community resource, establish meaningful partnerships, and identify profitable real estate investments that also contribute to Orangeburg's economic growth and long-term development.
"I left Orangeburg every summer with memories. I've returned with experience, resources, relationships, and a vision. This time, I'm here to plant something that grows."
