Need help doing Quartlery Reporting (DE, DE9C, 941, 940, BOE/CDTFA sales tax) or Workers compensation insurance audits, union audits, general liability audits?

I am a Certified Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor, which means I can help you set up your companies chart of accounts, reconcile and adjust general ledger to help you get your financials balanced.

Need help with your Work in Progress reports or learn how to read or understand your balance sheets and profit and loss statements? I also work with your existing financial institutions and CPA's to make year end adjustments a minimum because everyone is on the same page about your business operations and we will be prepared to properly submit and explain your financial reporting.

Avoid IRS audits by sending W-9's to everyone you make a payment to in excess of $599.00 per year and properly report 1099's and 1096's to IRS.

2018 Year End is rapidly approaching, be sure to contact me to book your appointment. I currently have openings in January, 2019 for new clients. We can help make your deadlines a breeze with 1099, 1096 and W-2, W-3 Preparation and filing.

1099 TIP:

The January 31st deadline only applies to Form 1099-MISC with an amount in box 7, Nonemployee Compensation. The filing due date for other Forms 1099 & 1096 remains February 28th, 2019 if filing by paper, and April 1st, 2019 if filed electronically.

W-2 TIP:

When are W-2s due to employees? Send Copies B, C, and 2 of Form W-2 to each employee by January 31. Your employees don't have to physically have the forms by that date, but the deadline to mail W-2 forms is January 31. That is the absolute last day to send out W-2s.
