Rocked our new branded shirt and had THREE successful sales discovery meetings on the same day. Coincidence? I don’t think so. (This calls for some yummy Angel Brook Farm Ice Cream 🍦)

Thank you West Coast Screen Printing for the excellent embroidery work and the top notch customer service!

I attended two of Adam's classes in the past and I'd recommend them to any small business owners who are looking to take their businesses to the next level!

Loved attending another great workshop by Adam Diaz at the HBA 📈

This session focused on the essential financial metrics behind every business and how they affect the bottom line — the same concepts I use every day to help my clients understand their numbers and take confident actions.

Adam brings a strong accounting and finance background into his coaching, and it really shows. If you’re a Tri-Cities business owner who wants better insight into your business performance, his classes and coaching are absolutely worth checking out.

So good to see financial education being shared locally 👏

Attention small business owners and gig workers: The IRS has raised the business mileage rate for 2026. More mileage = more tax savings! Check out how this could impact your deductions and reimbursements. 🚙💰

Federal tax officials have set medical and military moving mileage rates slightly lower while charitable mileage rates remain unchanged for 2026.

While I truly love working with all my clients equally, there are definitely perks to partnering with bakeries 😋

Huge thank-you to Angie at marzipan.patisserie for these beautiful Christmas cookies!! 🍪🎅🏼🍫

Angie’s business has been growing fast and it’s no surprise at all. She works incredibly hard, has strong business acumen, and brings so much kindness into her work every single day. Do yourself a favor and give her a follow — you won’t want to miss her flavorful (and delightfully spicy!) pastries.

Now the big question: Do I share these with my family… or accidentally keep them in my office? 🤪

Grateful for the opportunity to speak with the RE/MAX Northwest team again today!

After presenting a short and sweet Bookkeeping for Real Estate Agent 101 back in October, I was invited back for a deeper dive with more practical bookkeeping tips and tricks for realtors. We covered business structures, what to track, how to stay organized, and simple workflows that make a big difference at tax time.

A special thank you to Krista Hopkins Homes - Real Estate Office for making the initial introduction and for the warm, thoughtful welcome she gave at the start of today’s session. I truly appreciate the support.

It was a pleasure connecting with many dedicated Tri-Cities agents. If you ever want help getting your books clean and ready for the tax season, Three Cedars Bookkeeping is here for you.
