I have over 19 years in forensic accounting and business valuation experience and over 37 years in the business and finance industry. I help my clients solve financial problems related to real or threatened legal actions they’re involved in. A divorce client once told me, “I just want to be free.” I provide thorough and personal forensic accounting expertise so that wish can become reality. In the

classic TV series, Mission Impossible, every episode presents “your mission, should you decide to accept it.” I look at every client engagement as my mission to fulfill no matter what it takes. My motto is: “The difficult I do right away; the impossible takes a little bit longer.”

As the principal of Keith Bales CPA, I have over 21 years’ experience providing my clients business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation support, and management consulting services. In the 25 years before that, I gained valuable executive management, accounting and information systems consulting, and teaching experience. I have qualified as an expert witness and testified in Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Solano, Plumas, and Stanislaus Counties.
