Most people don’t realize that QuickBooks Online can handle repeat expenses, invoices, or journal entries for you—automatically.

Here’s how to set up Recurring Transactions:

1. Click the gear icon (top right)

2. Select Recurring Transactions

3. Click New

4. Choose the type (e.g. Expense, Invoice, Journal Entry)

5. Fill it out and set how often you want it to repeat

That’s it.
