Good morning and Happy Thursday! I have been out and prioritizing some personal things before committing to another year of work. Here is some very important and long overdue information on this Tax Season as far as filing with us.

YES! We will be up and running and begin the scheduling today. Please note....ANY VOICEMAIL MESSAGES THAT WERE LEFT PRIOR TO THE LAST 5 DAYS, HAVE BEEN DELETED DUE TO SYSTEM RESET ON BUSINESS PHONES. WE ARE ALSO TRYING TO START AS FRESH AS POSSIBLE WITH EMAILS AND BUSINESS TEXTING.

IRS systems are completely down due to maintenance until January 25th. They are VERY limited with what information that is needed on updates for held checks on previous years.

IRS does not begin to accept and process returns until January 26th. I can begin the process of filing but it will not be complete until January 26th when IRS begins processing returns.

YOU WILL ONLY BE PUT ON SCHEDULE IMMEDIATELY, IF YOU HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS ON HAND TO EITHER DROP OFF OR UPLOAD TO US.

Also, this year we are going from 4 employees to only 2..... Beyonce and I. Please have extra patience with us this year as I know many of you already have had. I am striving and hoping to be more active in helping Beyoncé with communicating with clients prior to appointments. It may or may not cut my volume, but I know the majority of my clients are very patient and very loyal and this year is more about one on one instead of getting returns in and out. Doesn't mean I won't stay busy, but I am going to try to be on the front line more with Beyoncé.....at least as much as possible. Thank you and have a great day!!!

Attention all clients! APRIL 15th deadline does not pertain to taxpayers who receive a refund! You can still electronically file after this date. This deadline is only for taxpayers who owe the IRS and making their payment in full. Please do not worry and think you need to file by tomorrow, even when receiving only $1 the date doesn't apply to you or affect the amount you get back. Thank you and have a blessed evening!

Esta fecha límite es sólo para los contribuyentes que adeudan al IRS y que realizan el pago completo. No se preocupen ni piensen que tienen que presentar su declaración para mañana; incluso si reciben solo $1, la fecha no les aplica ni afecta el monto que recibirán.

Hello! Today is March 12, 2025 and mid-Spring Break! I just wanted to take a minute and thank you all for your patience this year. This 2024 tax season has been the smoothest running year since covid. Although we are still asking for patience and understanding of our delays and slow responses, we are definitely giving our 100% in the office. Again, thank you!

Today, office is making collection calls. Please, if you have a balance that needs to be paid, please contact the office for payment. It is not fair for other clients waiting on appointments, current or future, that Beyonce or Ruth have to get off of messaging or calls just to make calls to clients who have received money and not immediately calling to make payment. There is no reason that 2 weeks or more have passed from your IRS deposit and payment has still not been made. Files will be noted and payments will be deducted next year with extra bank fees if over 2 weeks of IRS deposit and we have to continue calling for payment. All taxes filed with us this 2024 Tax Season, includes identity theft restoration and audit protection. Pricing will reflect a $35 increase due to these added services. This is a service that can not be rejected due to it being a firm-level service on all tax returns submitted through us. Please request more info, if needed, during your appointment.

Please take note that All calls, emails, texts, and messages will begin to be answered on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 by the office. Obviously, not everyone will be contacted on Tuesday, but please be patient with staff as they begin to get back on track with officework.
