Our October Rockstar of the Month is…Cole! ✨

Cole is the teammate who is always willing to jump in, lend a hand, and go the extra mile for both our team and our clients. He’s dependable, hardworking, and never hesitates to step up when he’s needed.

Last month, when the Marketing team needed someone to fill in and speak at an event, Cole didn’t hesitate to jump in and help. And not only did he step up, he absolutely crushed it! He connected with our attendees, shared his knowledge, and even got a few laughs along the way. We’d say that’s a win! 👏

Whether it’s supporting a teammate or finding a way to better serve our clients, Cole is always willing to do whatever he can to help. His flexibility and willingness to step outside of his usual role make him someone our team can truly count on.

As we wrap up our week celebrating , let’s bring it back to the BIG picture.

Earlier this week, we started by talking about what financial planning really is. And, how it goes far beyond investments and saving for retirement.

Then, we shared what financial planning looks like at JAG and how we bring the different pieces of your financial life together.

Now, it’s time to check in on your own plan. Ask yourself:

✔️ Am I still on track for retirement?
✔️ Has my income or spending changed?
✔️ Am I taking advantage of tax-saving opportunities?
✔️ Are my investments still aligned with my goals?
✔️ Does my financial plan still reflect the life I want?

If you don't have answers for some of these questions, it may be time for a financial planning check-in.

Shaye is the smiling face that greets you when you walk through the doors at JAG! She has a way of making everyone feel welcomed, included, and important. And, she brings a little extra brightness to everyone’s day.

When she’s not making JAG a warmer place to be, you can probably find her spending time with her cats! 🐱 She’s also one of the hardest workers around and is always willing to lend a hand wherever she’s needed.

We’re so grateful for the kindness, positivity, and energy Shaye brings to JAG every day. Help us wish her a very happy birthday! 🎂

Today we’re celebrating not one, but TWO incredible people, Megan and Craig!

Megan is the heart and leader of JAG, bringing her vision, kindness, and hardworking spirit to everything she does. She also knows how to bring the ENERGY to every event and always makes sure there’s plenty of fun along the way!

And Craig? He’s the hard-working force behind our Kansas City office, helping lead the way as JAG continues to grow in KC. We’re grateful for the dedication and effort he brings to the team every day!

We were proud to support the 2026 Kansas Book Festival and its keynote featuring Pulitzer Prize-winning author and Topeka native, Ben Lerner! 📚

Supporting events like this helps bring inspiring voices, ideas, and experiences to our community. Ben’s keynote drew a standing-room-only crowd of nearly 250 attendees, with about 2,500 people attending the festival overall!

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the Kansas Book Festival and celebrate the incredible literary talent that comes from right here in Kansas. 💙
