Coming Soon January 2025, Vertex CPA P.C. will be opening it's doors to serve clients in outsourced accounting and advisory services, beneficial ownership reporting, sales tax filings, 1099 preparation, financial statement preparations, budgeting, business valuations, formation of entities, and strategic planning with the goal of getting you to the top and keeping you there. Owned and founded by a licensed CPA in the state of New York with expertise in the restaurant industry, retail e-commerce, construction, and professional organizations. Our owner had 12 years of experience in all facets of operations and management in the restaurant industry before pursuing a degree in Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury. Our owner Graduated Suma Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA and pursued his license shortly after.
