I am a little late to announce it, but for those of you who don’t already know, Books by James LLC is growing and I am proud to announce that I am now offering CFO Advisory Services alongside my general bookkeeping services.
Thanks to the team at the CFO Project (different from Fractional CFO services), I now have the tools, training and coaching to be able to go beyond just keeping your books in order. We will review the last 24-36 months of your business financials, hone in on 12 specific cash flow drivers, and use the data to identify the weak points. Each month, we will come up with simple action plan steps to put more cash back into your business. The one thing a business needs to stay in business, is consistent positive cash flow.
This service is ideal for business owners that are specialists in their trade, who have been in business for at least a year and already generating $500K or more in annual gross revenue, but may still be struggling to create consistent positive cash flow.
