If your bank balance doesn’t match what your books say… you’re not alone 😅

I see this all the time with small business owners, and it usually comes down to a few simple things:

- Transactions not being categorized
- Duplicate entries
- Or stuff just never getting recorded at all

It feels overwhelming, but it’s actually fixable once you know where to look.

Quick bookkeeping tip that can save you a LOT of stress later:

Separate your business and personal expenses ASAP.

Even if you’re just starting out, mixing everything together makes taxes, tracking profit, and staying organized 10x harder than it needs to be.

Even just opening a separate account and running everything through there is a huge win.

Simple, but it makes a big difference.
