When we first meet business owners one of the first things we talk about is business struxture and how it affects because getting it wrong has serious consequences.

If you underpay your estimated taxes, the IRS charges penalties and interest. Not just at tax time; throughout the year.

🤔Here’s a simple starting framework:
→ If you’re a sole proprietor or single-member LLC, set
aside 25–30% of every dollar of net profit
→ If you’re an S-corp owner paying yourself a salary,
factor in payroll taxes on top
→ Don’t forget state income taxes (varies by state but
5–10% is common)

The actual number depends on your bracket,
deductions, and credits. But the worst thing you can do
is nothing.
