*Big Bird Foods to be listed on PSX from August 5, META to be delisted*

Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has announced the listing of Big Bird Foods Limited (BBFL) with effect from Monday, August 05, 2024 on the Exchange.

BBFL is being listed on the Exchange pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for the merger of MetaTech Trading Limited (META) with and into BBFL sanctioned by the Lahore High Court vide Order dated June 26, 2024.

As per the swap ratio disclosed in the Scheme, the shareholders of META have been allotted 0.24 share of BBFL against 1 share of META.

*Pakistan RDA gross inflows reached USD 8,255mn as of Jun’24. Out of total received funds, USD 1,610mn has been repatriated while USD 5,212mn has been utilized locally. With this Net repatriable liability remained at USD 1,434mn.*

Funds Received: USD 8,255mn
Funds Repatriated: USD 1,610mn
Funds Utilized Locally: USD 5,212mn
Net Repatriable Liability: USD 1,434mn
