Job Title: Part-Time Senior Bookkeeper

Location: Ballito

Contract Type: Month-to-Month Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team on a
part-time basis.

The successful candidate will work twice a week, with the potential for additional days in the future. This is a month-to-month contract, ideal for someone who can step in immediately and manage our
financial records with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting
standards

- Process accounts payable and receivable

- Manage bank reconciliations

- Prepare accounts up to Final Trial Balance Stage

- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes

- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Handle payroll processing

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of experience in bookkeeping

- Proficiency in Xero accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: R6,500 per month
