It is our foremost wish to provide you with the services that you need, and Marshall and Associates is, if nothing else, a learning organisation. Change is the only constant. For that reason I am determined to ensure that I and my associates are always updating our knowledge and working to ensure that you remain legally compliant and up to date with business, financial, accounting, legal and taxation developments. So, please, if there is anything that we could do better for you, or any additional service that you feel we could provide, let me know and I will certainly consider your needs with due care. In terms of our fee structure, I am confident that you will not find a better value package. Our fees are charged in direct relation to the difficulty and responsibility involved in working for you. If the work requires the abilities of an accounting technician, then you will be charged that rate, even if a qualified accountant actually does the work. Our clear and unambiguous rate card will leave you in no doubt as to what you will be paying per hour, and every client has a time sheet on which hours spent are recorded, and which you are welcome to inspect at anytime. You are welcome to request a quote on any of our services, or to ask for alerts at billing milestones. Many of our services are charged at a flat monthly rate. Remember, it’s your business, your time and your money, we are just here to help you grow, save you time, and add value to your ability to increase your own wealth.
