Join Our Team as an Executive Financial Advisor
Kaon Advisory Services is seeking an experienced Executive Financial Advisor to join our team in Bryanston, Johannesburg. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility of both in-office and remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses focused on life and investment planning.
Develop and maintain a personal network within the assigned sales territory to identify new sales opportunities.
Consult with clients to identify their specific needs and desired outcomes, providing tailored financial advice.
Recommend products or services that align with clients' needs, effectively communicating the benefits.
Guide clients through advanced features of products or services, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Implement a comprehensive customer contact plan to engage clients in relevant sales campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company-wide document management systems and maintain organized client records.
Understand and adhere to the organization's policies and relevant regulatory standards to ensure compliance in all actions.
Engage in continuous professional development through training and maintaining relevant external accreditations.
Qualifications
A minimum of Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent, along with 120 FAIS credits (NQF 5) in Wealth Management.
RE5 certification is essential; additional qualifications such as CFP or equivalent are advantageous.
A minimum of two years' experience as a financial advisor within the financial services industry, particularly with affluent clients in life and investment products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven sales track record of at least R35,000 per month for the last 12 months.
