💼 Corporate Tax Deadlines 2025 – Don’t Miss a Date!

Here are the key SARS Corporate Income Tax (CIT) deadlines for the 2025 tax year (1 March 2024 – 28 February 2025):

✅ 1st Provisional Tax Payment: 31 August 2024
✅ 2nd Provisional Tax Payment: 28 February 2025
✅ Optional 3rd (Top-Up) Payment: 30 September 2025
✅ Next Provisional Payment (for some companies): 28 November 2025
✅ ITR14 Annual Return (for Feb year-end): 28 February 2026

💡 Remember: Your ITR14 is due 12 months after your financial year-end.
Example: A February 2025 year-end = filing deadline 28 February 2026.
