Human Resources Business Partner
• EE Preferred
• Degree in Human Resources Management
• 6 Years operational Human Resources experience
• Manage the onboarding process and establish and drive a performance culture.
• Analyse and keep abreast of applicable legislation and update policies accordingly
• Provide guidance on and interpretation of HR policies.
• Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Determine project scope and manage various projects.
• Draft and submit HR and other ad hoc HR related reports when required.
• Coach others to strengthen specific knowledge or skills needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem
• Comply with Health and Safety standards; disciplinary and behavioural rules and procedures.
• R35k basic with 50/50 medical aid and 12% pension contribution
