If you’re a young Man Between 25–45, Start These 10 Habits Before It’s Too Late
1) Lock in a Non-Negotiable Morning Routine
Wake up at the same time daily. First hour = no phone, just intentional actions (water, meditate, plan your day). Discipline starts with how you begin your day.
2) Train Your Body 4–6x a Week
Whether it’s lifting, boxing, or running physical discipline builds mental discipline. You don’t get to be lazy in one area and sharp in another.
3) Track Your Money
Know what’s coming in, what’s going out, and where it’s going. Budgeting isn’t restriction it’s control.
4) Control Your Circle
Be around men who are building, not complaining. Your environment will either sharpen you or soften you.
5) Do Hard Things Daily
Pick 1–2 tasks you don’t feel like doing and do them anyway. This is literally how discipline is built reps of discomfort.
6) Keep Your Word to Yourself
If you say you’re going to do something, do it. Breaking promises to yourself is the fastest way to kill discipline.
7) Cut Dopamine Distractions
Limit social media, p**n, junk food, and mindless scrolling. If everything is easy pleasure, nothing meaningful gets done.
8. Set Weekly Standards (Not Just Goals)
Goals are outcomes. Standards are behaviors. Example: “I train 5x a week” vs. “I want to get in shape.”
9) Invest in Your Mind
Read daily, learn new skills, and challenge your thinking. What you consume mentally shapes how you think, decide, and act. Growth isn’t intentional it’s built.
10) Build Something That Outlives You
Focus on creating impact a business, a legacy, a body of work, or a community.
Don’t just chase money, build something meaningful that continues even when you’re not in the room.
