PUBLIC NOTICE TO MPULUNGU RESIDENTS:

Based on the recent delimitation process of creating two constituencies in Mpulungu District in the month of April, 2026 and the re-arrangement of Wards. The Citizens First Party (CF) in the District-immediately undertook a vigorous primary research in respective Wards in order to gather information direct from actual voters in respective Wards and in order for the Party to secure a constituency landslide victory-Lewis .S. Chizu has now been moved to contest as an Aspiring Member of Parliament for Mpulungu South Constituency.

WHAT WILL BE LEWIS .S. CHIZU'S LEADERSHIP-APPROACH WHEN IS VOTED AS A MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FOR MPULUNGU CONSTITUENCY IN 2026?

Mr. Chizu believes that development must start with the people. His leadership approach is grounded in community participation, accountability and transparency. Under his representation, Mpulungu will see:

1. Regular constituency economic fora to hear from traders, fishermen-(Mpulungu being predominantly a fishing area from Lake Tanganyika), farmers and youth.

2. Local development committees to monitor projects.

3. Strong partnerships with banks, NGOs, and private investors.

Lewis Simpungwe Chizu is also aware that-Mpulungu has a young and energetic population, yet many are locked out of the opportunity. When voted as an MP in 2026 Lewis Chizu working hand in hand with the people of Mpulungu we shall champion:

Lewis Simpungwe Chizu is a Doctor in the making with pursuits of Masters Degree in Business Administration-General from the University of Zambia, Bachelor of Arts (HONS) Degree in Marketing from Greenwich University-(United Kingdom), Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations-(from EvelynHone College) and another Advanced Business Economics from the University of Zambia.

He is also affiliated with the Book Publishers Association of Zambia, the Zambia Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Commercial Management-(UK).

The people of Mpulungu South Constituency have spoken and their voices are loud and clear that they have already tried the rest of leaders who are still Aspiring for leadership of Member of Parliament for Mpulungu South Constituency for 2026 and they already know what they are capable of doing and their performance levels and service delivery, but now for 2026 its the time to try the best implementers of programs and projects. In other words the people of Mpulungu South Constituency are demanding for change or rather they want change and new leadership for new progress and development.
