أعلنت وزارة المالية الإماراتية والهيئة الاتحادية للضرائب عن مبادرة جديدة لإعفاء الشركات وبعض الكيانات المعفاة من الغرامات، في حال تأخرت عن التسجيل لضريبة الشركات.

وللاستفادة من الإعفاء، يجب على الشركات المؤهلة تقديم إقراراتها الضريبية أو بياناتها السنوية خلال سبعة أشهر من نهاية أول فترة ضريبية لها، كما هو موضح في قانون ضريبة الشركات.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار جهود تشجيع الالتزام المبكر، وتخفيف العبء المالي على الشركات، وتسهيل الانتقال إلى نظام ضريبة الشركات الذي تم تطبيقه حديثًا. كما ستقوم الهيئة الاتحادية للضرائب برد الغرامات التي تم دفعها مسبقًا من قبل الشركات التي تستوفي شروط المبادرة.
