XB4 was formed in Pennsylvania on 2003 by a former partner and allied accountants of what is known as the Big Four accounting (B4) firms. This was at the time when the reputation of the profession was severely hurt by the Enron-Arthur Andersen collapse, Big Accounting firms race, and other quality and confidence challenges facing the global market and the B4 Firms. Our goal is to serve and protect
the interest of our profession, rather than the name or the brand of the firm, through providing our clients and communities with professional, reliable and high-quality service. The standards, regulations, best practices, experience, technology and research are all a part of the approach that we bring together for solving client’s and business communities’ challenges. We take pride in client’s and communities who are looking for quality and commitment more than just a name. XB4 team has worked and practiced for decades with the largest, and best-known practices and industries. We have worked with world-wide organizations in the private and public sectors. Our community is the global community. Our aim is to serve our clients and communities wherever they are and wherever they go. We believe that the largest is not necessary the best. Our aim is to be on top- by being always the best, fair and reasonable to our clients and communities, and by steering clear of the race for largest brand name that is turning our profession into a commodity.
