We are seeking a dedicated Local Coordinator based in Balochistan to oversee on-the-ground operations, leveraging deep local knowledge and networks to ensure seamless ex*****on. Key Responsibilities:
✅Act as the primary local liaison, coordinating with local stakeholders, communities, and partners to support project implementation.
✅ Manage and hire local human resources, logistics, and material supplies, utilizing existing networks to secure reliable and cost-effective resources.
✅ Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural norms, providing insights to mitigate operational risks.

Requirements:
✅Better be a resident of Balochistan with in-depth knowledge of local geography, culture, and community dynamics.
✅Proven access to local human resources, logistics channels, and material supply networks.
✅Preference for candidates with a military background or prior service in the armed forces, with experience in coordination or resource management.
✅Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✅Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
✅For candidates with exceptional experience, skills, or proven track records, salary is negotiable.
Compensation:
