๐ RERA Rental Dispute: What Every Tenant Must Know
โ Step 1: 30-Day Legal Notice
If your rent is overdue, the landlord can legally serve a notice.
Don't ignore it. Pay what you can and stay in communication.
โ๏ธ Step 2: RERA Case Filed
After 30 days, they can file a case.
๐ Hire a lawyer. If not affordable, use someone legally certified to file in RERA.

Job loss proof, school fees, salary slip, credit card bills โ everything that proves financial hardship.
