I have qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, having over 20years experience in various functional areas as financial accounting, financial strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting including group consolidation of financial statements, management accounting and analysis, cash management, start-up/greenfield operations, good working exposure to IAS/IFRS, and implementation and operations of ERP software (SAP, Navision, Oracle) and other midsize business software (QUICKBOOKS, TALLY, PEACH TREE, SAGE, FOCUS and MS OFFICE) and management consolidation/planning software (TM1,Hyperion and Cognos). I have experience managing restructuring/turnaround of organization and M & A. A record of academic excellence combined with broad based interests, good understanding of business operations, a commercial aptitude and good team management skills are some of the broad features I have acquired over the years. Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels effectively by driving process change, organization and business practice changes in alignment with group goals and metrics.
