Tricks on cash flow management if you are a company who offer long or short credit to your customers. Stop your cash going out towards tax payment. Turn your credit term,, 30 days or what ever date period from date of delivery i goods and diliver your goods on delivery note.
Tax are calculate on sales. Do invoice later and send to customer. Some companies do not do invoice on same day or same time. Goods delivery post in to a customers control account and after invoice credit sales and clear the control account . If any goods return clear from the control account. But you need dedicated staff who handle and moth end checkup any overdose on credit amount to your customers.
