Job Description
A well reputed Glass Contracting company in Sharjah is looking for a for Admin cm accounts to handle day to day Accounts and he/she should have,
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• work experience as an Administrator or similar role.
• Preparing financial reports, Bank reconciliation.
• Handling Payroll -Monthly salary preparation & uploading on W.P.S,new contracts, annual leaves, gratuity and end of service preparation.
• Preparing Quotation,Invoice & LPO and handling petty cash.
Required;
• Bachelor Degree,High School diploma; additional certification is a plus
