Danny Caiazza and Tony Capone joined as partners in 1991. In 2004 the company was restructured. Danny Caiazza and Tony Capone established MTS Accountants Pty Ltd in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide. Both Danny and Tony are Fellows of the Institute of Practising Accountants and Fellows of the Taxation Institute of Accountants. They each have over 20 years experience in the accounting and taxation industry. MTS Accountants Pty Ltd has a staff of 12, including fully qualified accountants, bookkeepers and administration.

That’s why we’ve terminated the tax agent registration of Thomas Seymour, a former senior leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Australia, and banned him from reapplying for registration for 4 years. Our investigation uncovered he failed to act with integrity and failed to have adequate arrangements in place to manage conflicts of interest that arose in relation to activities undertaken by partners and employees within PwC’s Tax and Legal Services division.
