When buying investment property, sometimes timing matters just as much as the property itself.

Kel, Jon and the team have just helped this investor secure a one-bedroom apartment in Bronte through their SMSF before the rule change came into effect.

Set in a boutique block of nine, it's superbly renovated, has parking on title and is just a short walk from Bronte Beach. A very solid addition to the portfolio and a great investment for their retirement.

Be careful where you get your property advice from! The only thing worse than advice from a neighbour, Uber driver, or hair dresser, is getting your advice from someone with a vested interest in selling you the property they are spruiking.

I advocate for blue-chip property as an investment (because it works for me), but it makes no difference if you use our buyer's agency to buy a family home, investment or holiday home.

My goal is to help you get educated to make smart decisions. I hope this helps!
