Ashton Garland Accounting is looking for a reliable and organised person to join our office team.

This role supports both my Accounting firm and my Cleaning business (Gleam Team Cleaning) operating from the same office. Though will work for 2 of my seperatee businesses, payroll and job position will be solely through the accounting firm (can explain this in further detail upon application).

You’ll assist with day-to-day admin, reception, staff assistance, preparing cleaning kits, running errands, and keeping operations flowing smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Organised & proactive
✔️ Confident with computers
✔️ Friendly and professional
✔️ Able to multitask

Previous admin experience preferred.

Experience with Xero accounting software is a bonus!
