🚨 Big changes are coming for SMSF property investors!

From 10 August 2026, SMSFs will no longer be able to use Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements (LRBAs) to purchase residential property.

✅ Existing LRBAs and contracts exchanged before the deadline are protected.
✅ Refinancing existing LRBAs will still be permitted.
✅ Commercial property purchased through an SMSF using an LRBA is not affected.
