Maternity Relief Receptionist/Administration Clerk
We are looking for a receptionist/administration clerk for maternity relief starting early 2026 for a period of at least 6 months. This position could extend beyond the maternity leave period for a candidate who is interested in developing their skills in the bookkeeping field.
This is a Monday to Friday position with flexible working arrangements for the right person. Proposed hours would be between 32hrs – 38hrs a week depending on current workload. School hours would be considered for the right person.
Initial Duties will include:
Reception and telephone
Interactions with clients and government departments
Compilation and typing of correspondence
General office duties
Provide administration support to all accounting staff
The successful applicant must be:
Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
Have a high level of organisation with great attention to detail
Be customer focused and have excellent communication skills
Have good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Able to work well under pressure both independently and as part of a team
Bookkeeping experience advantageous
