🎄 Christmas in July is tomorrow! 🎄

Tomorrow morning, our BNI Gateway members will come together for our Christmas in July celebration.

Along with all the great networking, referrals and business conversations that make every Thursday special, we'll also be enjoying some festive fun & selfies, Christmas outfits, gifts, games and plenty of laughs.

It'll be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the amazing community we've built together.

🎅 A reminder that this will be a members-only meeting, so we won't be hosting visitors this week.

What another fantastic morning at BNI Gateway last Thursday!

A huge thank you to our feature speaker, Nick Steiner from The Mini Farm Project , who shared the incredible work his organisation is doing to help grow fresh food for Australians doing it tough.

What makes Nick's story even more inspiring is the way he's creating sustainable funding for the farms through a growing range of products. It's a chance to relax, celebrate the friendships we've built throughout the year, and enjoy a morning of festive fun together.

Every now and then it's nice to simply celebrate the amazing community we've built together.

On Thursday 16th July, our chapter will be enjoying Christmas in July Members' Celebration. Think festive outfits, gifts & games, plenty of laughs and a great morning together.

A huge thank you to Leanne Spring from Tailored Buyers Agents for sharing such an engaging and thought-provoking presentation today.

Rather than simply talking about buying property, Leanne challenged some of the biggest myths many of us hear all the time, including:

🏡 "If interest rates go up, the property market will crash."
🏡 "Land size is the most important factor when buying property."
🏡 "Every renovation adds value."

She explained why understanding the right property, in the right location, with the right strategy is often far more important than following common assumptions.

One takeaway that really stood out was the idea of "invisible costs"—renovations that may improve your lifestyle but don't necessarily increase the value of your home.

Leanne also shared how a well-planned property journey can help people continue building wealth over time, whether they're purchasing their first home or their next investment.
